Woodside Library offers weekly instructor-led Tai Chi classes. This centuries old Asian exercise builds stronger bodies, better balance, and a sharper mind. Tai chi is also a great stress reliever. Classes are open to participants of all ability levels.
-Class location is accessed via a gravel path, which may be challenging to those using mobility aids.

Walk in to join. No registration required. Classes are held in the Native Plant Garden.
