The Drop-In Fitness Room at the Veteran's Memorial Senior Center has treadmills, stair climbers, Nordic-track, exercise bicycles, a universal weight station and free weights.This is an unsupervised room with a TV. Membership is limited to individuals 50 years or older.

How to Apply
Pick up registration forms in the Senior Annex at the Veteran's Memorial Senior Center, or download here. Make sure to get the form signed by your doctor.
After you complete the forms and get them signed by your doctor, sign up for a one-time introductory class. The schedule for classes is listed in the Senior Annex. Turn your completed forms into the class instructor, and purchase your new membership card ($50/year for adults 62 and over, $100 for ages 50-61.) Make checks payable to the Senior Center Fund. Sign up for subsequent classes 3 weeks in advance.
Membership must be renewed annually.
